1. Data controller

The controller for information submitted through hannusfoto.es is Martin Hannus / HannusFoto. Privacy questions can be sent to info@hannusfoto.es.

2. Information processed

When you use the contact form, the website processes your name, email address, optional phone number, property location, requested service and message. Technical server logs may also contain an IP address, browser information and access time for security and reliability purposes.

3. Purpose and legal basis

The information is used to answer your request, prepare a quote and organise a possible photography assignment. Processing is based on steps requested before entering a contract and, where applicable, legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.

4. Contact form and retention

The HannusFoto plugin sends form information by email and does not store submissions in the WordPress database. Enquiry correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the business relationship, accounting obligations or legal claims.

5. Service providers and cookies

Hosting and email providers may process limited information to operate the website. Non-essential analytics or advertising cookies should be used only after the visitor has given the required consent.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable, and may withdraw consent at any time. Contact info@hannusfoto.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
