If you are comparing photographers for a property you want to sell, rent or list in Marbella, one of the first questions is straightforward: how much does professional property photography cost, and what do you actually receive for that price? The exact quote depends on the home and the content required, but it helps to know what a professional service should include before comparing offers.
Property photography in Marbella: from €150
At HannusFoto, professional real estate photography starts from €150. The final quote mainly depends on the size and location of the property and whether you need photography only or additional video, drone content, a virtual tour or a floor plan.
For a typical apartment or home, the photography focuses on interiors, exteriors and the features that genuinely help a buyer understand the property: flow, natural light, terraces, views, pool, garden or communal areas when relevant.
You can see the current starting point on the property photography pricing page.
What a professional photoshoot should include
The fee should cover more than simply arriving with a camera. A shoot designed for property marketing involves deciding which spaces deserve the most attention, finding angles that explain the home clearly and keeping the visual presentation consistent from the first image to the last.
My photographs are professionally edited and delivered ready for property portals, estate-agency websites and other digital channels. Normal photography delivery is 24–48 hours.
The purpose is not to make a home look like something it is not. It is to present it attractively and credibly, with natural proportions, clean lines and careful balance between interior exposure and bright windows or views.
What changes the final quote?
Two Marbella properties can require very different shoots even when their asking prices are similar. The main factors are:
- Size and number of rooms. A large villa takes more capture and editing time than a compact apartment.
- Outdoor areas. Pools, gardens, several terraces, communal spaces or a large plot add important material that deserves proper coverage.
- Video. A horizontal walkthrough or vertical social-media film requires a different capture and editing process from photography.
- Drone. Aerial images can add useful context for plots, views, developments or proximity to the coast when the location and flight rules allow.
- Virtual tours and floor plans. These can be particularly useful for overseas buyers or properties whose layout is difficult to understand from photographs alone.
Do you need photos only, or video, drone and a floor plan too?
Not every listing needs the largest content package. A well-designed apartment may only need a strong professional gallery. A Marbella villa with a garden, pool, distinctive architecture or views can benefit much more from combining photography with video and a concise aerial selection.
The right choice depends on how the property will be marketed. If the listing is aimed at international buyers, a floor plan or virtual tour can also answer important questions before someone travels to Spain.
The real estate photography services page explains the available options.
What to compare when choosing a property photographer
Price matters, but comparing only the final number can be misleading if the finished material does not represent the home well. Look at complete property shoots rather than only three or four standout images taken from different luxury listings.
Check whether the style remains consistent, interiors keep natural colours, windows and views are handled carefully and the photographer can present both smaller homes and higher-end villas. You can see complete examples in my real estate photography portfolio.
For estate agencies: photography that fits the listing workflow
For an estate agency, the value of a shoot also depends on reliability. When a new listing comes in, the visual material needs to be ready to publish without becoming another bottleneck.
I work directly with agencies and agents across the Costa del Sol, both as a regular content partner and as an additional photographer when more properties need to be covered. Communication is directly with me, with practical delivery designed around the real pace of an estate agency.
How to get an exact quote
You do not need to prepare a complicated brief. To give you a clear quote, I normally only need the location, property type, approximate size and the content you need. A current listing link or a few existing photos can also help me assess the job.
I work across Marbella, Mijas, Fuengirola, Benalmádena, Málaga and other parts of the Costa del Sol. If you have a property ready to market, send me the details and I will confirm availability and a clear quote.
